Step 1: Prep
Wash your eyebrows with mild soap and water, or use an oil free makeup remover, and dry completely. This makes sure the tint penetrates the hair.
Then, apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly around the eye brow.
This prevents your skin from accidental staining.
Step 2: Apply Solution One - Cream Colorant
With the enclosed applicator stick, apply solution one onto the eyebrow. Generously cover the full length of your brow hairs with the cream colorant, and then let it stand for 2 minutes. Gently blot dry with a tissue.
Step 3: Apply Solution Two - Gel Activator
Wipe the applicator stick clean and apply solution two directly to your brow hairs. Let the gel stand for one minute.
Step 4: Clean
Wipe clean in the direction of hair growth, using a damp tissue or cotton ball.

2 days agoThe dye itself is very good. I miss old packaging. Applicator is useless. I take toothpick and wrap some cotton on it and apply dye. There is hardly any dye in packets now. Just barely enough to dab on your eyebrows. There is no remover to remove dye from skin stain. You need to buy dye remover.Helpful?(1)(0)Report

Improved and better!
2 days agoI have been using Godefroy products for years, but their new version of the eyebrow tint is a step above. The presentation and usability are improved, including a stain removing vial. I have tried other products, to which I have had bad reactions, but this new Godefroy product is excellent.

Not easy to do.
a day agoI'm usually good at applying makeup, but this stuff is not easy to do without error. Also, I wish there was a color lighter than natural black which came out too dark, and browns usually have red undertones that don't flatter my skin color.

23 days agoI was uncertain about light vs medium brown as the brow tech I have used combines light and medium brown for my brow tinting. I started with the light brown which was as dark as I needed to be. I also thought tinting each brow 2 times gave me a more even coverage. I still use a brow pencil to better shape my brows and fill in where needed. Much easier and cost effective than going to a salon for brow tinting!Helpful?(0)(0)Report

7 months agoI have used this product for a long time. I used the capsules but this time I tried the tint that you mix on a card with one side being the color and the other side the developer. It worked OK but I think the colors in this type run lighter than the capsules. It was ok but had to apply it twice in order to cover the gray in the eyebrows. I will go back to the capsules. Instant Eyebrow Tint is deposit only, meaning you can only go darker or cover gray. Makeup artists suggest you tint your eyebrows one shade darker if you have light hair and one shade lighter if you have dark hair. Another suggestion is to match your brow color with the color of your hair.
